I bought a Xiaomi deep fryer, the 6-liter model, about two months ago. The potatoes have been sticking to the bowl since the first time I used it. Even though I've been following the cleaning rules, the problem still keeps happening. I can't figure out if the problem is with the tray or if it's something that happens often. I want to ask for a new tray or return the product. I've used a smaller model before, and it didn't stick. Washing, cleaning, and soaking in hot water after each use is really inconvenient. If the product is broken, I'd like to get a new one. But if it's a common problem, I'd prefer to return it.
