Xena Agency Profile Removal Request Being Ignored

I have been registered on the Xena app for about one month from Pakistan. My profile is currently attached to an agency on Xena, but I have now opened my own agency and want to manage my own profile there. I also have many friends from Ludo Star who I would like to bring to Xena under my own agency. I clearly request that my profile be removed from the current agency so that I can use the same profile under my own agency. I have already tried to contact Xena / the agency about this, but I have not received any reply so far. I kindly ask you to remove my profile from the existing agency and allow me to connect this profile to my own agency as soon as possible, and to inform me clearly when this will be done.
