XDCBIT Blocked My €1,000 Withdrawal and I Cannot Access My Account
I am writing to report a serious problem I am experiencing with the XDCBIT platform, which has left my balance blocked and the application inaccessible. I live in Portugal and had been using the XDCBIT app normally until these issues began. In October 2025, I started trying to withdraw my balance of approximately 1,000€, but every withdrawal attempt failed and was never completed. I contacted XDCBIT support several times about this situation and was always told that I had to wait for the withdrawal to be completed, which never happened, and no effective solution was provided. In May 2026, the situation became even worse, as the application I had always used for XDCBIT simply stopped working. When I try to access it now, instead of opening the usual XDCBIT interface, it redirects me to a totally different platform. I also contacted the support of this new platform, and they informed me that they have no knowledge of XDCBIT, which increases my concern about the security of my funds and data. At this moment, I am unable to access my XDCBIT account or withdraw the amount of 1,000€ that remains blocked, despite all my previous attempts and contacts with support. I request that my access to the correct XDCBIT platform be restored and that my withdrawal be processed as soon as possible, or that a clear and definitive solution be provided so that I can recover my funds without any further delay.
