Microsoft Xbox Denied My Refund Request for Unintentional Child Purchase

My 6-year-old son made an unintentional purchase of 2,199 Turkish Lira on my Microsoft Xbox account with my linked credit card around 10:30 AM on March 18th, 2023. When I discovered the unauthorized transaction around 2:00 PM, I immediately contacted Xbox support and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, I received a response stating that my refund request was denied, despite the fact that I had not used the purchased Roblox currency in the game. I think it's totally unreasonable for a company like Microsoft to refuse to refund such a large sum for an unintentional purchase. As a parent, I monitor my child's Xbox activity, and I was unaware that such a large purchase could be made without my consent or the use of a password. I understand the importance of account security, but it is also necessary to consider child purchases. I respectfully request a resolution to this issue and hope for a prompt response.
