I’m a Seafarer and Xbox Stopped My Game Purchases Due to Location Detection

I’m a seafarer, and because of my job, I spend months outside of Turkey. While onboard, I use satellite internet to connect to my Xbox console, check game prices, and occasionally make purchases. However, about two weeks ago, even though I hadn’t turned on my console for five months, the system suddenly began treating me as if I were logging in from different regions, and as a result, all my purchase attempts were blocked. I currently cannot buy any games using my Turkish account.
I spoke with Microsoft customer support by phone, and they told me the issue would be resolved within a week, but two weeks have passed and nothing has changed. During the call, I was also informed that Turkey, Argentina, Brazil, and Egypt are subject to a special purchasing restriction. I have over 300 purchased games on my account, and if this problem continues, I’ll suffer a significant financial loss.
When I switch my region to another country, I can complete purchases, but I’m then forced to pay in euros or dollars instead of Turkish lira. I simply want to be able to buy games in my own country’s currency as I always have.
I demand that this discriminatory regional restriction be removed, that my account purchasing functions be restored, and that a fair policy be applied to all users regardless of country.
