Security Issues on Xbox Account – Locked After Purchase, No Support
Microsoft and Xbox are making a mockery of user security. Every time I purchase a game on my Xbox account, I receive alerts of unauthorized access attempts to my email from countries like Afghanistan and India. Despite changing my password, my account is still compromised after multiple attempts, leading to Microsoft locking my email due to a perceived threat.
I purchased a game for ₺1400, and the next day, my account was locked. It has now been five days, and I’ve received no response despite submitting the required forms. How will Microsoft compensate for this? The game will go on sale during the holidays, and I can’t even access my account. I demand either immediate account recovery or a refund for my purchase. This level of neglect is unacceptable.
