I Want Microsoft to Restore My Hacked Account With Windows and Game Pass Access

My Microsoft account has been accessed without my permission within the past 24 hours, and my email address information has been changed. Because of this, I can no longer log in to either my Windows 11 license (used on my home PC) or my Xbox account. I had recently renewed my Game Pass subscription, and my account contained dozens of licensed games and applications — all of which I’ve now lost access to.

It’s been about four hours since I discovered the issue, and despite submitting the account recovery form multiple times, I keep receiving rejection emails stating “insufficient information.” My last order was placed on October 2, and the order number is 6935358647. I also tried contacting customer support by phone and live chat, but since it’s the weekend, I haven’t been able to reach anyone. It’s extremely disappointing that such a major company doesn’t provide 24/7 support for account recovery issues.

I expect Microsoft to immediately investigate my account, restore it to my control along with all my licenses and digital content, and resolve this issue urgently. My account was always accessed from the same computer and IP address, which should make verification straightforward. I also request that Microsoft check whether any unauthorized payments or transactions were made after the email change. My Game Pass subscription is active, and my Windows license is valid.
