X Password Reset Emails Are Not Arriving and My Account Is Locked

For some time now, I have been unable to log into my X account with the username “ulsmervee” from my iPhone. Whenever I try to sign in, the system says that my password is incorrect, and I cannot access my account.
Although I have repeatedly used the “Forgot Password” and password reset options, I have never received any password reset emails. Because of this issue, I am unable to renew my password or regain access to my account.
This problem has continued without interruption since 05/13, after I received a verification code message on my phone that was sent without my knowledge or authorization. Following this suspicious activity, I became concerned that my account may have been compromised.
I contacted X support by submitting a request under the category “I think my account has been hacked,” but so far I have not received any response, update, or solution. My access to the account is still completely blocked.
I urgently request that the X account with the username “ulsmervee,” which contains my personal information, be thoroughly investigated and checked so that my access can be restored as soon as possible. I also request that the issue preventing password reset emails from being delivered be permanently resolved.
In addition, I want to clearly state that I do not accept or approve of any posts, likes, comments, or other activities that may have been made through my account since the moment this issue began. Any such actions that were not personally performed by me should be considered unauthorized and invalid.
