X Ads Took My Money but Did Not Add It to My Balance

The advertising budget I paid for in X was not reflected in the balance. The fee was withdrawn from my account, but the balance still shows 0. I double-checked with my bank, and the transaction was successfully completed from my end. Despite this, the ad panel still remains inactive and unusable. For 5 days, the X Ads team has not taken any action. Does not answer questions. Different communication channels are also not available. Those who want to advertise on X should think twice.
