My Valorant account was banned for a full year due to a chat-related offense. While I acknowledge my mistake, a one-year ban feels excessive. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets regarding this, but I haven’t received any responses. The tickets are marked as “resolved,” yet no one has actually addressed my concerns. Interestingly, I had just requested VP points, and that request was handled promptly, but my appeals regarding the ban remain ignored. Riot Games, please review my support tickets (106500188, 106830328, 107265910, 107316254) and consider a reduction in the ban duration. I am requesting your attention to this matter and hoping for a fair resolution.
