Wise Promised My Interac Transfer in 6 Minutes—Still No Money After 24 Hours

I made a money transfer through Wise from Canada, choosing the Interac e-transfer option because I urgently needed the funds. The system clearly stated that the money would arrive within 6 minutes, and that promise was the main reason I chose this method—even though it cost more.
More than 24 hours have now passed, and the money still hasn’t been deposited into my account. I even uploaded the Canadian bank receipt as proof of payment in the Wise system, but there has been no progress, no update, and no solution provided.
This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a platform that promotes speed and reliability. When someone pays extra for a faster service, they should receive exactly that—especially in urgent situations.
I need immediate assistance from Wise. Either process my payment now or refund my money right away. This kind of delay defeats the entire purpose of choosing your service and leaves your users without trust. Please act urgently to fix this.
