Wise Account Closure Issue

Wise abruptly closed my account on July 19th, claiming that they couldn't provide service to North Cyprus. The real issue arose after my account was closed. They terminated three of my accounts, one of which was personal, but only one was refunded. The funds in my other two accounts are still frozen, and I've been waiting for a refund for nearly a month. Contacting customer service is a fruitless endeavor because I am greeted with automated messages and cannot locate anyone to address the problem. This situation has caused me great distress. My recommendation is to avoid this service. I'm doing my best to find a solution, but dealing with this company requires extreme caution! Inadequate customer service and a broken fridge made for a frustrating night.
