TransferWise Delayed My ₺1000 Transfer to Indonesia for 5 Days

I made a transfer of ₺1000 through TransferWise to Indonesia, and it has been stuck for 5 days without being processed. When I contacted customer service, they questioned the purpose of my transfer. I explained it was for my spouse’s vehicle tax payment in their country, but it seems this explanation wasn’t sufficient. This delay is completely unacceptable and causing unnecessary stress. I trusted TransferWise for reliable service, but this experience has been disappointing. I demand the transfer be completed immediately. If the issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further. Please fix this as soon as possible!
