Wingie Saudia Ticket Name Correction Issue: Fix Wrong Passenger Names

I purchased international flight tickets with Saudia Airlines through Wingie under the name “Omer Abdelrahman Omer Y***” using the email address meng.***[email protected], for travel on 3 November 2026, reference number 74BZSL and ticket number 065-4872603280. The names on the tickets for both passengers were issued incorrectly: the correct names should be 1) Omer Abdelrahman Omer Y*** and 2) Namarig Ahmed Elsiddig B***. For these tickets, I paid a total amount of AED 3,548.54, as shown on my Wingie booking confirmation. When I contacted Saudia Airlines to correct the names, they informed me that I needed to contact Wingie and provided the number +1 437-888-3***. However, despite several attempts, nobody answered this phone line and I have not been able to reach Wingie to resolve the issue. I have an electronic receipt and booking confirmation showing the ticket details and the wrong passenger names. I kindly request that the name corrections for both passengers be done free of charge and that my tickets remain valid for the original itinerary. I would also like to be informed in writing once the corrections have been completed so that we can travel without any problems at the airport.
