Wingie Customer Support Not Responding to Name Correction Request

I purchased a Wingei flight ticket for the route from Jeddah to Kathmandu dated 20/04/2026, and I later noticed that there is a mistake in my name on the ticket. My name is currently written as “Shekh Jamshad Haq***,” whereas my correct full name is “shekh jamsaid haq***.” This single letter error in my name may cause problems during check‑in and boarding. After noticing the error, I contacted Wingei customer care to get my name corrected, but I did not receive any response or support. I am concerned because the travel date is approaching, and this issue has still not been resolved. I kindly request that my name on the mentioned ticket be corrected from “shekh jamshad haq***” to “shekh jamsaid haq***” without any additional charges, and that a corrected ticket be reissued to me as soon as possible so that I can travel without any problems.
