I Face Account Ban on WhatsApp Due to False Spam Detection
About an hour ago, my WhatsApp account—which I use on a Samsung (low-end model) phone and a Lenovo laptop—was suspended with the message “This account can’t be used due to spam.” I have never sent or shared any spam content, nor have I violated any community rules.
Because of this sudden suspension, I’ve lost access to important messages, photos, and work-related information. I reached out to WhatsApp Support, but so far I haven’t received any response. I use my account in İzmir, Turkey, and my phone number begins with 0545.
I request that my account be reactivated immediately and that this unjust suspension be reviewed and reversed. I also ask that WhatsApp ensure users are not penalized unfairly for false spam detections.
