WhatsApp Keeps Banning My Account Without Any Terms Violation
I have been using WhatsApp on my Samsung S21 and now on my iPhone 12 only for normal personal chats, yet my account has been banned repeatedly with the message that I have “violated our Terms of Service.” This is simply not true in my case, and I believe I am being banned by mistake, possibly due to a technical glitch. The first time this happened was on 17 June with a 24‑hour review, and since then I have been banned a total of six times within about two weeks, including the ban I am currently under. Each time, I have contacted WhatsApp support, but the process has been extremely frustrating. I am only able to interact with what is clearly an AI assistant, which keeps giving limited, generic answers and never connects me with a real human being. The assistant runs me in circles, does not answer my specific questions, and does not take any responsibility or provide any accountability for these repeated, unjustified bans. I am requesting that WhatsApp thoroughly investigate my account, clearly identify what is causing these bans, and permanently resolve the issue, as I am being penalized in error. I would like a clear explanation from a human support representative, not just automated replies, and I want my account to remain active without further mistaken bans.
Wow, so I managed to reactivate my account again this morning, only to be banned an hour later. This is a ridiculous situation.
