For about the past month, my WhatsApp account on my Huawei Y9 has been repeatedly banned during completely normal use. The most recent ban has lasted nearly 23 hours. When this issue first started, it quickly became frequent and kept happening over and over again. During this time, I have been in contact with WhatsApp support. Each time they restore my account, but the fix is only temporary—my account works for a few hours, then I get logged out and banned again.
I have not been given any clear or specific reason for these bans. I use WhatsApp safely, I do not log in from multiple devices, and I only use the app for normal personal communication. Despite this, my account keeps getting banned randomly during regular use.
Since this has been happening for weeks and is seriously disrupting my communication, I am requesting that my WhatsApp account be permanently restored and that the root cause of these repeated bans be fully resolved.
