I use WhatsApp on my Huawei Y9 with a regular free personal account, and for the past two months I have been unable to use my account. Whenever I try to log in, I receive the message that this account can no longer use WhatsApp due to spam. The only thing I was told at the beginning was to wait 24 hours, which I did, but even after that period the ban has remained in place and I still cannot access my account. In my daily use I mainly forward messages to people, but I do not use any third‑party automation tools or paid services, and I did not receive any clear warning or explanation before this ban. I believe there may be a misunderstanding about my activity, and I want to understand what exactly in my usage has been considered spam so that I can avoid it in the future. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I am informed clearly which specific activity led to this spam decision, and that my WhatsApp account be reactivated if possible. I would like to continue using WhatsApp in line with the rules, but I need clarification and a fair reassessment of this ban.
