WhatsApp and Google Photos Did Not Back Up My Data After Switching to a New Phone

87

I had an old Samsung phone with very little storage space. My Google storage had about 1 GB left, but WhatsApp backups and Google Photos backups were always enabled. In the last week or at most a month, I think my photos were not being backed up, probably due to insufficient storage. Then, I changed my phone and switched to a new device, but now I have no chats on WhatsApp. Many of my photos are missing, and I cannot find my screenshots. I checked my Google Drive and Google Photos, but I couldn’t find any recent backups. It’s really frustrating because I had important conversations and images stored there. How can I fix this issue?
