My WhatsApp Account Shows “Cannot Use” Error — Requesting Reactivation
I haven’t been able to access my WhatsApp account on my Android phone for about a month and a half. Every time I try to log in, I receive the message: “This account can no longer use WhatsApp.” The only thing I had installed prior to this issue was a GIF app — I haven’t violated any WhatsApp rules in any way.
My phone number linked to the account is +905****630**, and I was using it in Kastamonu. I have contacted WhatsApp Support several times — both by email and through the in-app help form — but each time I only received an automated response saying, “We will get back to you as soon as possible.” It has now been over six weeks without any further communication or resolution.
I have not made any payments, used WhatsApp Business, or sent any bulk or automated messages. I respectfully request that my account be reactivated and that this ongoing issue be resolved as soon as possible.
Progress
I have not been able to access my WhatsApp account on my Realme C55 model phone for about one and a half months. When I try to log into the app, I receive a warning saying, 'This account can no longer use WhatsApp.' It is stated that my account was closed because it did not comply with the terms of service; however, I have not engaged in any behavior that violates the terms of service. I only installed a GIF application, and I did not commit any other rule violations.
I emailed and submitted a request to the WhatsApp support team to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response. Even though I deleted and reinstalled the app, my account was not reopened. The phone number linked to my account is: +90 ********26 30. I have not made any payments, and there is no email address linked to my account.
I request that my account be reopened and my grievance be resolved.
