I am writing regarding the unnecessary ban of my WhatsApp Business mobile app account, which I use solely for my real estate business. I downloaded and have been using WhatsApp Business only to promote and conduct my genuine business activities, and I have not done anything wrong or against the rules. On 2 June 2026, my WhatsApp Business account was banned. Before this, I had received a warning and a temporary suspension, but even then I continued to use the account only for legitimate business purposes. Despite this, my account has now been banned completely, which I find very unfair, as it directly affects my ability to communicate with clients and continue my work. I contacted WhatsApp support via email, but the only response I received was that they cannot do anything, without providing a clear or detailed explanation. As a genuine business owner, I feel that this situation is very wrong and discouraging, because it prevents me from even doing my business properly through your platform. I kindly request that my WhatsApp Business account be reviewed again and reactivated as soon as possible, as I am using it only for my real estate business and have not violated any policies to my knowledge.
