WhatsApp Banned My Business Number and I Am Losing Customers
I am writing regarding the ban of my WhatsApp account linked to the phone number 080596512** in Nigeria. My account was banned on May 4, 2026, and since then I have completely lost access to WhatsApp, which I mainly use for business communication with customers.
This number is my primary business WhatsApp line, and because of the ban I am now losing important customers, orders, and daily communication opportunities since people are no longer able to contact me through the application. The situation has had a serious negative impact on my business activities and customer relationships.
After the ban occurred, I attempted to contact WhatsApp support to explain the situation and request assistance, but so far I have not received any reply or meaningful response regarding my case.
I respectfully request that WhatsApp urgently review the decision made against my account and reactivate my phone number as soon as possible. I also want to confirm that my intention is only to use WhatsApp for legitimate business communication, and I fully agree to comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and all community guidelines going forward.
