Received a WhatsApp Message From an Unknown Indonesian Number and I Feel Disturbed

On 22.09.2024, I received a message from WhatsApp from a foreign country code number +62 saying "Sorry, I disturbed you". The number is +62-877-9717-*****. When I searched the internet, I learned that this number belongs to Indonesia. I have no ties to this country and I have no acquaintances or commercial relations with it. I am very disturbed by this situation and I am complaining.
