Western Union Says "No Payment Received" Despite Bank Confirming Transfer
On June 25, 2026, at around 10:00 p.m., money was sent to me from Germany via Western Union as an instant payment. Even though the funds appeared to be issued under my name immediately, hours and even a full day have now passed, and I still can't access the money because the system keeps saying "no incoming payment." When we called the receiving bank, we were told that the money reached their account that morning, meaning the funds are showing in the system but still aren't reaching me. Despite this, Western Union is still treating it as if no payment has arrived, and even though the money is legally mine, I'm not actually able to access or use it. I believe at this point that they are holding onto my money, possibly using it, but not paying it out to me, and I feel seriously wronged by this. I'm requesting that Western Union urgently pay out this amount sent to me, without any further unjustified delay, and provide a clear, written explanation of why this delay has occurred. I also want any losses I've incurred because of this situation and the resulting delay to be addressed.
