Western Union €1,000 Transfer Stuck on Pending

I have been unable to receive a money transfer sent to me through Western Union for the past two days. The €1,000 transaction is still showing as “pending” in the system, with a notification stating that the sender needs to complete the verification process. As a result, I cannot access the money and am experiencing significant inconvenience.

I have not been provided with any explanation as to why this process is taking so long or why the transaction is being held in a pending status. I request that the transaction be completed as soon as possible so that the payment can be made available to me, along with clear and detailed information explaining the reason for the delay.
