WePlay Blocked My Account After I Reported a Bully and the Bully Reported Me Back in Retaliation

I am a WePlay user on Android, and my account with ID 81509788 was blocked around 4 days ago after an unfair reporting situation. One person was bullying me on the platform. I did not insult or harass him; I only reported his account through the in‑app reporting system. After that, he seems to have reported my account in return, and shortly afterwards my own account was blocked. Since then, I have been unable to access my WePlay account, and when I try to log in I see a message asking WePlay to unblock my account. I have also made payments and purchases on this account, so losing access is causing me both inconvenience and financial loss. I believe this block is a mistake because I was the one being bullied and only used the official reporting tools provided by WePlay. I request that you review my account ID 81509788, check the chat and report history around the time of the incident, and lift the block on my account. I also ask that any penalties linked to this situation be removed so that I can continue using WePlay and the items I have paid for.
