WePlay Party Game Account 7 Day Ban Appeal

I am a player of WePlay – Party Game on an Android phone and my account with ID 85477*** was suddenly banned today for 7 days. I did not receive any clear warning or message explaining the specific reason for this ban, and I believe I have not abused anyone or gone against your community guidelines. I have already contacted you by email and submitted an appeal, but I have not received any response yet. During this ban period I am unable to log in, take CP or make any top‑ups, which affects my in‑game progress and purchases that I am planning to make. I kindly request that you urgently review my account and remove the 7‑day ban if there is no valid violation, or clearly explain what rule was allegedly broken. I especially want my account to be unbanned as soon as possible so that I can continue playing, take CP and do top‑ups without interruption.
