WePlay Banned My Honor X8 Device Even Though I Meet the Age Requirement

I was playing WePlay on my Honor X8 device, and even though I am 17 years old and meet the age requirement, my account was suddenly closed and my device was banned yesterday. I was simply someone who created a Manifest group in the game, and I never did anything wrong. I did not violate any rules or use any cheating software. I do not remember my account ID, but I know the ban is unfair because I was playing normally and only using the group feature. From what I understand, this appears to be some kind of age-related restriction or ban, but I am 17 years old and believe I meet the minimum age requirement for the game. Being banned without a clear and justified reason has upset me, and I feel that I have been treated unfairly. I kindly request that my device ban be removed and that I be allowed to access my WePlay account again. Since I have not engaged in any misconduct and am willing to comply with all rules, I ask that my account be reopened after your review.
