WePlay Banned My Account Over a Sticker Sent by Mistake

My account on WePlay voice chat was banned with the reason listed as “violating the rights of others” after I accidentally sent a sticker. The sticker had inappropriate content that I did not notice beforehand, but I want to make it clear that this was absolutely unintentional and not a deliberate act. Despite the incident happening a long time ago, my account is still suspended and I cannot access it.
My registered email is a***********@gmail.com**. I contacted WePlay customer service to explain the situation, but I never received a reply or any support regarding my case. This lack of communication has left me frustrated, as I have been unfairly punished for a simple mistake.
I am requesting that my account be reviewed carefully and reinstated. I believe this was a misunderstanding, and I am asking for a second chance. WePlay should allow users to recover from accidental actions rather than permanently banning accounts without a proper investigation.
