WePlay Age Restriction Error Preventing Access to My Account
I am having a problem logging back into my WePlay account on my Android phone due to an age restriction. When I try to join back, the app shows a message saying that I cannot join because of my age, and I have been unable to access my account for about one hour. I have already contacted WePlay support through the app, but I have not received any answer so far. I would like my account to be restored and to be allowed to log back in without this age problem blocking my access. I kindly request that this situation be reviewed and that my access to my WePlay account be reactivated as soon as possible.
