WePlay Account Login Problem - Number Already Bound To Another ID

I can’t log in to my WePlay account; it shows the message “Your number is already bound to another account.” Please fix this issue, as I am the real owner of this ID (24298***). I need my WePlay ID back. My number is not bound to any other account, and I have tried everything to log in, but it’s still not working.
