I Face WePlay Account Ban Without Reason and Need Review

I have been using the WePlay mobile party chat game with the account name “ᴡᴏʟғ🐺”. On April 8, I was playing normally and then went offline for a while. When I returned and logged back in, I discovered that my account had been banned. Up until that moment, everything was working fine, and I had not received any prior warning or explanation.

The only message shown on the screen states that my account was banned due to a “violation,” but there is no clear information about what rule I allegedly broke. I believe this ban is unfair because I did not intentionally violate any rules and was using the game in a normal way.

I have already contacted WePlay support via email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I am requesting that my account “ᴡᴏʟғ🐺” be reviewed and the ban be lifted, or at the very least, that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the alleged violation so this issue can be properly resolved.
