Critical Ops Banned My Paid Account Without Reason


I was shocked when I logged into Critical Ops after nearly a year, only to find that my account—worth ₺2000—was banned with no explanation, no warning, and no email notification.
I reached out to support, but there’s been no response. It’s outrageous that they take money from players but fail to provide proper customer service. If my account was banned unfairly, I demand either a full refund or my account restored immediately.
Critical Ops, do the right thing! Has anyone else faced this? I need an answer now! Ignoring paying players is unacceptable.
