My Volvo On Call System Has Distracted Me With False Warnings Since 2022

I've been experiencing an ongoing problem with the Volvo On Call system in my 2020 model Volvo XC60 B4 since 2022. The system constantly malfunctions, producing untimely and continuous warnings without stopping. These warnings seriously distract my attention while driving and create a risk that could lead to an accident. Even though I turn the system off, it turns itself back on automatically.
I've contacted Volvo Turkey and authorized service centers many times, both by email and in person, in 2024, 2025, and 2026, but no concrete and lasting solution has been provided. No fee has been requested from me during this process, but even though the warranty period has ended, I believe this problem is chronic and constitutes a defect that poses a safety risk. The fact that a lasting solution hasn't been produced despite many other users having similar issues for a long time has seriously damaged the brand's image of trust and quality in my eyes.
I am requesting that the Volvo On Call system in my vehicle be permanently and properly repaired, that this problem, which directly affects my driving safety, be resolved urgently, and that the seriousness of the hardship I've experienced now be taken into consideration by Volvo Turkey.
