Vivo Y29 Keeps Disconnecting From My Peugeot 308 Bluetooth System
Approximately 10 months ago, I purchased a Vivo Y29 smartphone. Since the day I bought it, I have experienced persistent Bluetooth connectivity problems when using the phone in my car. In particular, when connecting to our Peugeot 308, the person on the other end of my calls sometimes cannot hear me at all, sometimes the audio works initially and then suddenly cuts out during the conversation. I also experience frequent Bluetooth disconnections while using navigation, causing the navigation display on the vehicle to stop unexpectedly. I have tested the same vehicle with my spouse's two different phones, both of which work flawlessly, confirming that the problem is specific to my Vivo Y29.
Because of these issues, I contacted Vivo Customer Support, where I was instructed to change several device settings. I followed all of the recommended troubleshooting steps exactly as instructed, but the problem continued. I then sent the phone to an authorized service center. After the inspection, I was informed that certain components had been replaced, and the phone was returned to me. However, despite the reported repairs, the Bluetooth issues were not resolved, and the same connection problems continue to occur when using the phone with my vehicle.
Because I cannot reliably use hands-free phone calls or navigation while driving, this issue has caused significant inconvenience in my daily life. I request that Vivo contact me directly and provide a permanent solution to this problem. If necessary, I ask that the device undergo a more thorough technical inspection, receive any required software updates or other corrective measures, or, if the issue cannot be permanently resolved, that Vivo offer an appropriate remedy, such as a refund, replacement, or another fair solution to eliminate the inconvenience I have experienced.
