Vivense Ada Bedroom Set Order Delayed Since November

I recently purchased the Ada bedroom set from Vivense. Despite ordering it on November 24th, the product is still being prepared, according to them. When I contact customer service, they redirect me to the store, claiming they're just the sellers. The store employees echo the same sentiment, stating they can only act on Vivense's instructions. When we requested to exchange the item for another bedroom set at the same price, they refused, suggesting we could only buy something of equal value to what we paid three months ago. However, the current price of our item is ₺57,000, making it impossible to purchase another bedroom set. They provide no assistance whatsoever, offering advice like "complain to Consumer Rights" or "cancel if you want." My wedding is in a month, and they're suggesting this delay is acceptable. All they seem to know is how to keep us waiting. They've pressured us into canceling our order.
