Vivense Request for Price Match
I went to the Vivense Kartal Branch on March 25th to shop for a bedroom set. I asked if there would be a price increase, and they said they were expecting one, so I placed the order that same day (₺80,000). However, two days later, I visited Vivense's website and found out they had a significant discount, and the items I purchased were now ₺65,000. On March 27th, I contacted them, expressing my desire to take advantage of the discount. I asked them to cancel the initial order and place a new one at the discounted price, and they assisted me. We have three major issues: 1. We were told to expect a price increase, but two days later, there was a significant discount. Didn't the sales representatives know about the discount the store would offer? 2. I'm still waiting for the refund of the ₺80,000 order I canceled on March 27th. Despite their promise of a refund within 14 business days, I haven't received it yet. I feel like Vivense stores are using our money. April 22nd, Monday, will be the 14th day, and if the refund isn't processed by then, I will take legal action against them. 3. How can I trust this brand? I'm getting married soon. Will they deliver my bedroom set on time, or will they keep delaying like this? I'm awaiting a response and explanation from them.
