Vivense Order Placed 40 Days Ago Hasn't Been Shipped

about a month ago, I bought something from the Vivense Samsun Atakum Showroom. It's been 32 days now, and still waiting for it to be delivered. The delivery time has already passed, but it's still showing as being prepared. feeling a bit let down as I was really excited when I made the purchase, but now I'm just frustrated because it's taking forever to get the product. They seem really excited to take your payment, but when it comes to actually delivering the product, they don't seem as enthusiastic. wanted to mention that if my product doesn't arrive in the next few days, I might consider reaching out to consumer rights authorities to address the issue. the lack of commitment to delivering my order must be a warning to other people who are thinking of buying from them.
