Vivense Refused to Cancel My Expensive Order and Forced Me to Accept Delivery
I had a really annoying experience with Vivense about an order I wanted to cancel. I opened a cancellation request and was told over WhatsApp that it would be taken care of, but the product still got shipped anyway. They're making me take the delivery, and it just seems very unprofessional for a brand that says it's corporate. I don’t get why Vivense is acting like this when even smaller sellers handle cancellations just fine. This product costs a lot, and I'm not sure how I'm going to afford it. I had high hopes for Vivense's service, but this experience has really let me down. I want them to sort this out right away and cancel the order like I asked.

Vivense is a regret; never ever shop there. I check my account, and it shows as delivered to me, but the cargo didn't even come to the address and was taken back by Vivense. It's a mediocre brand. I got burned; don't let yourself get burned. Don't throw your money away. Moreover, since the cargo is returned, they say they will deduct 30%. They neither deliver nor do they say there will be a deduction. What nonsense is this? Don't fall for it, don't buy.
