I Guess Vivense Extended My Order Delivery Till Eternity

The initially planned delivery date was within two weeks, but it was subsequently postponed by one week, and then another week, resulting in a total delay of one month. Instead of offering any compensation or issuing an apology, I received an SMS that seemed to mockingly suggest canceling the order if I wished. Is this how customers are treated after making a purchase? It feels like I'm waiting for the release of the iPhone 15 Pro. Despite choosing Vivense for their purported customer service and quality, this experience has significantly diminished my satisfaction as a customer.
