Vivense False Advertising Regarding Interior Design Service
On November 25, 2025, I filled out the form for the interior design service displayed on Vivense’s website. The service appeared to be active, and the site requested my personal information, which I shared in good faith. However, no one contacted me—neither by phone nor by email. When I spoke with live support and reached the company directly, they openly stated that they are not currently offering any interior design service. In other words, a service that does not actually exist is being displayed on the website as if it were active, and users’ personal data is being collected through it. I request that Vivense immediately stop presenting an inactive interior design service as available, end this misleading practice, and cease processing any personal data collected unfairly in this context.
