Vivense Eti Sofa Set Delivery Delay
My Eti sofa set order with Order Number e3b706785722 placed on January 13, 2024, has not been delivered for 3 months. Despite numerous calls to customer service, they keep giving excuses like "the delivery vehicle broke down" or "it's getting late." This customer service approach is unacceptable. If the product is not delivered today, I will assert all my legal rights and demand reimbursement of the paid amount with interest.
