Vivense Dining Table Cancellation Complaint
Around 40 days ago, I made a purchase for a dining table that can accommodate six people from Vivense. Unfortunately, after a long wait, I received an email and SMS informing me that my order had been canceled. Who will cover the financial loss I suffered during this time? Why was my payment held for 40 days if the item was unavailable? I'm really frustrated with the lack of communication and resolution from Vivense. I just need to vent and share my experience with this whole ordeal.
