Refund Delay at Vivense
In September, I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of the products I had bought from Vivense. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I received an SMS on November 28th, informing me that Vivense had canceled my order. Lacking any explanation or contact person. Jump ahead to December 27, and there has been a complete lack of communication, no attempt to resolve the issue, and most importantly, no reimbursement. They give off an air of being a mysterious company. Isn't there anyone in charge?
My messages are going unanswered.
