Order Cancellation and Price Increase by Vivense



Hello, on 08.12.2023, I ordered two side tables from the Konya Vivense Sales store, as indicated in the invoice details I provided. However, on January 19, 2024, I received a message stating that the order had been canceled due to unavailability. I find this hard to believe as I am still sharing the visual of the product on the website. How can an item still be available for sale if it can't be supplied? Additionally, the product was clearly specified on my invoice when I placed the order. I made a payment of ₺1309, and now the product is listed on the website for ₺3190. As a consumer, I've been inconvenienced for a month and a half only to have my order canceled due to a price difference. This situation is a clear injustice towards me. Even if the price has changed after a month and a half, the product should be delivered to me at the initially agreed-upon price. If this matter isn't resolved, I will explore other avenues. As a consumer, I will pursue my rights to the fullest. The invoice information is under T***** Y*****, who happens to be my mother.
I am sharing the email sent to me by Vivense in the visual. However, when I look at the product I ordered on the Vivense website, the same product is available with two different product codes. I want the product I ordered to be sent to me with similar products and this grievance to be resolved.
