Even After 14 Days, Vivense Has Refused to Pay for Cancelled Orders

It has been fourteen business days since I completed the cancellation of the Vivense installation packages, and they have not yet repaid me. In the event that it becomes necessary, I will pursue legal action with the Consumer Arbitration Board and hire an attorney. My reimbursement is still delayed, despite the fact that I have opened records and the requests have been expedited. I demand a rapid refund, please.
