Viomi Air Purifier Shows 0% Filter Level Even After Replacing With New Filter

We own a Viomi air purifier, and when the filter level dropped to 0%, we ordered a brand-new replacement filter directly from Viomi’s official website for about ₺2,000. After installing the new filter, the device continues to show the filter level as 0%, and as a result, it does not work at full performance.
This issue has been ongoing for about one month, and despite repeated attempts, we have not been able to solve it. During this time, I contacted both the Antalya Konyaaltı authorized service center and Viomi customer service a total of eight times.
The service experience has been extremely disappointing:
At first, the service staff admitted they had never even heard of this product model and were unable to help.
On a second call, they said they “might be able to check it,” but insisted the device had to be brought in physically so a technician could look at it.
When I asked for simple technical support over the phone (since this is likely just a reset issue), I was told they would “give me Viomi’s phone number,” but the number they provided turned out to be out of service.
As a result, no proper solution has been provided by either Viomi’s customer service or the authorized service. The device remains unusable, despite having a brand-new filter installed.
I demand that Viomi provide immediate technical support, either by sending a technician to check the device at my home or by offering remote assistance to resolve the filter reset issue. Customers should not be left without support for a month after paying for expensive replacement parts. I expect a quick and effective solution so that my air purifier can function properly again.
