I’ve been using the Tats app for two years without any issues, but now I’m facing a major problem. The video solutions no longer open—they ask for my email and password. Even after logging in, I’m redirected to Vimeo, where there’s no relevant content or access to the videos I need. This is incredibly frustrating, as I rely on these videos regularly. Tats should ensure that their video solutions are accessible directly within the app without redirecting to unrelated platforms. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue immediately so users like me can access the content we’ve been promised. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
