Paid for VivaVideo Subscription but Lost VIP Features Early

I purchased a 1-month VivaVideo VIP membership on May 26, 2025, but as of June 5, 2025, the app says I don’t have VIP access and I can’t create videos. I paid for a full month, yet it’s only been 10 days, and I’m unable to use the features I paid for.

I request that my VIP membership be reactivated immediately or that my payment be refunded. VivaVideo needs to resolve this issue, as charging money without providing the promised service is unacceptable.
